Sahibus Samahah Datuk Dr. Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri is the 7th and the current Mufti of the Federal Territories (Malaysia),[1] since June 23, 2014. He is also the founder of Federal Territories (Malaysia) Islamic Religious Council’s Pondok Moden Al-'Abaqirah.[2]
