ZelnickMedia Corporation is an American private equity firm focused on leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments in media and communications industry. It was founded in 1994 by Strauss Zelnick, the chairman and chief executive officer, as well as largest shareholder, of video game publisher Take-Two Interactive.[1] The company diversifies investment holdings, including Take-Two Interactive, and operates a growth capital subsidiary, Zelnick Media Capital, which owns 9 Story Media Group.[2]
