Zellballen

Zellballen is a term used to describe a group of Chief cells with pale Eosinophilic staining Zellballen are separated into groups by segmenting bands of fibrovascular stroma, and are surrounded by Sustentacular cells. Zellbalen are typically seen in Paraganglioma and Pheochromocytoma.[1]
