Following his WEC release, Micklewright faced Jason Chambers at Extreme Challenge 182 on April 30, 2011. He won via first round TKO.[8] Two years after his last fight, Micklewright returned to MMA and faced Ted Worthington at Caged Aggression 11 on October 12, 2013, and won via TKO.[9]
