Yvette Prieto is a model from Cuba.[1] She married Michael Jordan in April 2013 in Palm Beach, FL.[2]

Early life and career

Yvette Prieto was born in Cuba in 1979.[3] Yvette modeled for designer Alexander Wang.[4] She also appeared in the TV Series Documentary Cuba: An Island Apart as herself.[5]

Personal life

Yvette dated Julio Iglesias, Jr.[2]

Yvette met NBA legend Michael Jordan while dancing at a club in 2008.[6] They moved in together in 2009[2], and got engaged over Christmas in 2011.[7] Prieto married Jordan in April 2013 at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church.[6] Her wedding gown was designed by J'Aton Couture[2], and celebrities Usher and Robin Thicke sang at the reception[2]. She gave birth to twin daughters, Ysabel and Victoria, in February 2014.[4] Yvette is also a stepmom to Jordan's 3 children from his previous marriage to Juanita Vanoy.[2]
