Yury Aleksandrovich Brychkov (Template:(Юрий Александрович Брычков; born 29 February 1944 in Moscow, Russia) is a Russian mathematician. He graduated from Moscow State University in 1966 and worked on quantum field theory at the Steklov Mathematical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences under the supervision of Yurii Mikhailovich Shirokov. He received the PhD degree in 1971 and he has been with the Dorodnitsyn Computing Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences ever since.

Yu. A. Brychkov has worked extensively on various topics of pure mathematics and he has made significant contributions in the fields of special functions and integral transforms. Furthermore, he has worked on the computational implementation of several special functions through different posts at the University of Waterloo, Maple and Wolfram Research. He is an author and co-author of over 10 handbooks in the above fields, including the renowned 5-volume Integrals and Series (Gordon and Breach Science Publishers, 1986–1992), which have been used extensively in numerous disciplines of physical and engineering sciences.
