Yuddham Sharanam (English: Refuge in War) is an upcoming 2017 Telugu action-thriller film, produced by Sai Korrapati on Varahi Chalana Chitram banner and directed by debutant Krishna Marimuthu. The movie stars Naga Chaitanya and Lavanya Tripathi in lead roles and Srikanth playing a pivotal role. Pelli Choopulu fame Vivek Sagar is composing the music for this movie. The movie was launched in February 2017. This movie marks the 10th film from the production house.[1] The first teaser was released on 31st July 2017. [2]

The soundtrack for the film is composed by Vivek Sagar, who previously worked on Pelli Choopulu. [3] The first track "Enno Enno Bhaavaley" was released on 7 August 2017, to celebrate the Indian festival of Raksha Bandhan,

Production
The movie was launched on 7th February 2017 at a ceremony held in Hyderabad. Ace director S. S. Rajamouli attended the function. Principal photography for the movie began on 21st February 2017.[4] The first look of the movie was released on 2nd July 2017. Naga Chaitanya shared the first poster of his upcoming film on social media. On the poster, the actor was seen sporting a beard looking intense. The poster also features Murali Sharma and Revathi in the background.[5]
Release
The film is set to release in the latter half of 2017.
