The York County Sheriff’s Office is the primary law enforcement agency in York County, South Carolina. It is headed by Sheriff Bruce Bryant.[1]

The headquarters of the York County Sheriff's Office is currently located at the Moss Justice Center on York Highway in York, South Carolina.[2]
Organization
The office includes several divisions:
- Administrative Services
- Criminal Investigation Services
- Detention Division, which runs the 565-bed county jail
- Support Services, which includes a police dog unit and a Lake Enforcement Unit equipped with three boats.
