Yohei Fukumoto (福元 洋平, Fukumoto Yōhei, born 12 April 1987 in Ōita, Ōita) is a Japanese footballer. He currently plays for Tokushima Vortis.[1]

He was a member of Japan U-20 national football team for 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup held in Canada.[2]
