Yevgeni Aleksandrovich Tarasov (Russian: Евгений Александрович Тарасов; born 25 March 1979 in Karaganda) is a retired Kazakhstani professional footballer and a current coach who works as an assistant manager with the youth team of FC Zenit St. Petersburg. He made his professional debut in the Kazakhstan Premier League in 1997 for FC Kairat.[1] He played 3 games and scored 2 goals in the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2000 for FC Zenit St. Petersburg.
