- The XBIZ Los Angeles Conference features adult entertainment business seminars, industry debates, state-of-the-industry discussions, keynotes from industry luminaries and celebrity appearances. The event is held in February of each year in Los Angeles and culminates with the annual XBIZ Awards.[18] The 2010 conference was held in Hollywood, California. The Los Angeles co-media trade event designed to explore current and future market trends, the newest technologies, emerging business models and networking events, and it includes a trade fair so industry vendors can showcase their current products. The conference hosts the annual membership meeting of The Free Speech Coalition, the advocacy and trade association for the adult entertainment industry, and coincides with the annual XBIZ Awards, the adult industry’s biggest business awards show.[19]
- On March 22, 2010, XBIZ announced the debut of its outdoor adult consumer event, XFANZ Summer Expo, held June 10–11, 2010, poolside at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.[20]

XBIZ Awards
The annual XBIZ Awards honor excellence in the creation and marketing of adult entertainment. The awards coincide with the XBIZ Conference.[22] Organized by the adult industry trade magazine XBIZ, the awards were first given in 2003.[23] The award nominations are submitted by members of the adult entertainment industry and the finalists are voted for by XBIZ staff, industry colleagues and participating peer organizations.[24] The awards were originally created to recognize business achievement in the online adult industry, but in recent years adult movie, novelty, retail and people's choice categories have also been added.[25] The 2010 awards are to be hosted by adult entertainment stars Teagan Presley and Sunny Leone.[26]
