WorldMark
Worldmark is an upcoming mixed-use project in the Aerocity hospitality district near Terminal 3 of Delhi International Airport, New Delhi, consisting of high-end malls and premium office spaces. The developer of the property, Bharti Realty Ltd, won the three plots auctioned by Delhi International Airport Ltd.[1][2] There will be 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial development with 0.7 million sq. ft. of retail space and 0.8 million sq. ft. of office space.
Worldmark is situated near the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway (NH-8)[3] in close proximity to the Aerocity metro station. The development will be surrounded by 4- and 5-star hotels to cater to Terminal 3's capacity of 34 million passengers.
Scheduled to be open for business in June 2013, the mall will eventually have over 120 premium retail units including a 29,000sq. ft. food court along with entertainment and shopping facilities.
The high end corporate spaces in Worldmark will have provision for a well-equipped business center as well as a luxury business club along with other amenities as gym, wellness rooms and daycare facilities.
Worldmark is a LEED platinum pre-certified development.
