Winfred Hamlin Ziegler

Winfred Hamlin Ziegler (November 23, 1885 - 1972) was the fourth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Wyoming from 1936 to 1949. An alumnus of Columbia University, he was consecrated on December 16, 1936.
