Will Roland

Will Roland (born March 5, 1989) is an American actor best known for originating the role of Jared Kleinman in the Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen. He is also known for his role in the 2017 film One Penny.

Early life

Roland was born in New York City in the East Village. He moved to Locust Valley later in life, and went to high school at Friends Academy. He graduated from New York University with a singing degree from Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.[1] His family owns the New York auction house Roland Auctions.[2]

Film and Television

Roland held the recurring role of Joel in the 2014 Amazon television series Red Oaks.[3] He also had a supporting role as Collin in the 2017 film One Penny.[4][5]
