The whistling green pigeon (Treron formosae) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is found in Taiwan, the Ryukyu Islands and Batanes. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rural gardens. It is threatened by habitat loss.
