West Tanjung Jabung Regency is a regency of Jambi Province, Indonesia. It is located on the island of Sumatra. The regency has an area of 4.649.85 km² and population of 278,741 as at the 2010 Census;[1] the latest official estimate (as at January 2014) was 307,604. It contains 4 kecamatan and 52 desa. The capital lies at Kuala Tungkal.
