West-Running Brook

West Running Brook is a book of poetry by Robert Frost, written in1923 and published by Henry Holt and Co. in 1928, and containing woodcuts by J. J. Lankes.On account of this volume Robert Frost is called "Home Spun Philosopher".The title of this volume is very significant. In New England only one small river flows to west while all the other rivers flow to east. In the same way; the poet trusts himself to go by contraries.
