Wendell B. Barnes (August 23, 1909 – June 11, 1985) was an American politician. Born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, Barnes graduated from Brown University and from University of Michigan Law School. He practiced law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Barnes served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1950 to 1952 and as Administrator of the Small Business Administration from 1954 to 1959.[1][2]
