Wayne Cooper is a former English professional snooker player from Bradford, born 9 June 1978. He first qualified for the main tour in 2001, but soon dropped off the main tour and has remained an amateur for 7 years. Wayne Cooper manage to regain his place in the 2008/09 pro tour by finishing top of the EASB Pro Ticket Tour rankings. He has managed to win just three matches during that season: in the Northern Ireland Trophy, in the Welsh Open and in the World Snooker Championship.
