Watan Hamara Azad Kashmir (Urdu: وطن ہمارا آزاد کشمیر) is the state anthem adopted by Azad Kashmir from the poem Watan Hamara Azad Kashmir, written in the mid-1960s by Abu-Al-Asar Hafeez Jullundhri.[1] It was inspired during the Indo-Pakistani conflict, 1965.[2] The original poem is regarded as the state song for Greater Kashmir.
