Ward 4 (Milwaukee, WI startup accelerator space)
Ward 4 LLC privately funds a space in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for startup accelerators and co-working.[1] It is currently located in the John Pritzlaff Hardware Company Building.
The 12,000 square foot space for Ward 4 is privately funded by Milwaukee County executive Chris Abele[2] and is considered a second step for his venture investment group, CSA Partners LLC to "spur economic development" through creation of a space for early-stage companies to meet.[3] Desk and office space are leased through membership.[4]
Current tenants include CSA Partners LLC, Quarles & Brady,[5] public relations/lobbying group The Firm LLC, Gener8tor, and BrightCellars.[6]

Gener8tor will be taking space there, as well as program graduates including BrightCellars, a wine delivery startup. Quarles & Brady attorneys will be working out of office space at Ward 4, and public relations/lobbying group The Firm LLC has leased dedicated office space. The members of Abele's venture investment group, CSA Partners LLC, have offices there and are running the startup space
