Wangki Radio
Wangki Radio is a small aboriginal radio station based in Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia. Wangki Radio broadcasts on 936 AM to the communities in the Fitzroy Valley.[1] Wangki Radio provides regular local programming with some national and regional programming being provided by both the PAKAM & NIRS Networks. Wangki radio also has a youth media hub managed in conjunction with SYN Media.[2]
Programming
Wangki Radio has a number of local and national programming broadcast on 936 AM and online during the week & local and national sport being broadcast on the weekend. Wangki Radio broadcasts regular season matches from the Central Kimberley Football Association. And re-broadcasts seasonal matches from the AFL.
