Waitiki Landing is New Zealand's northernmost community after Te Hapua, near Cape Reinga in the Far North district of Northland.
It had New Zealand's northernmost petrol station until it was destroyed by fire on 8 October 2011.[1] Coordinates: 34°31′08″S 172°50′23″E / 34.5189°S 172.8396°E
