Wagner Group
Wagner Group is a Russian private military company that has fought on the side of the Syrian government during the Syrian Civil War. They are employed by the Russian Defense Ministry, even though private military companies are illegal in Russia.[1] Pay is between 80,000 to 250,000 Russian Rubles a month.[2] Wagner is believed to have a membership of 1,000-5,000, is registered in Argentina, and has its members train in a GRU camp in southwestern Russia.[3][4][5]
