The Station is currently a 3-man team including local broadcasting legend Bob Krejcarek (KREO) Johnny V in the Morning and Station Manager Chris Brooks on Two Hour Energy in the afternoons. Public contributions include the Swapline program in the Mornings from 6:45 till 7:00 and the Afternoon Swap from 12:45 till 1:00.[1]

The station was assigned the call letters WLDY-FM on 1983-02-14. On 1993-09-10, the station changed its call sign to the current WJBL.[2]
