Vuyalavada Narasimha Reddy

Vuyalavada Narasimha Reddy was a freedom fighter in India's Independence struggle against the British Empire in the 19th century. He started to fight for freedom in 1847 against British, 10 years before the Indian rebellion of 1857. He was a native of the Telugu speaking region of Andhra Pradesh in Southern India. He was born in Vuyyalawada, Koilakuntla Taluk of Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh. The British hanged him at Jurreru River Bridge in Banaganapalle of Kurnool district.
