Virginia's 13th Senate district

District 13 of the Virginia Senate is a senatorial district currently made up of parts of Loudoun County and Prince William County in the U.S. state of Virginia. This district is currently represented by Dick Black.

Before redistricting after the 1960 census, the district was in Virginia's southwestern corner.

Elections

In 2015, Governor Terry McAuliffe backed Jill McCabe instead of Democrat Tom Mulrine, who had already announced his candidacy for the Senate race.[1] As a result, Mulrine withdrew from the campaign.[2][3]
