Victoria International College was founded in 1976 and is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Victoria International college Diploma and Bachelor degree programs are approved and recognized by the Ministry of higher education and MQA. Malaysian Government Qualifications Agency (MQA) is responsible for quality assurance of higher education for both the public and the private sectors. The MQA is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the quality assurance practices and accreditation of national higher education.
