Vazante is a Brazilian-Portuguese historical period drama adventure film about slavery in 1820s Brazil, directed by Daniela Thomas in her feature film debut. The film premiered in the Panorama section of the 67th Berlin International Film Festival.[1]
Plot
The trials and tribulations of cattle-owner Antonio following the death of his wife in child birth and marriage to his niece in 1820s Brazil.
