Vallie[1][2] is a real-time, on-demand valet parking service launched in London in November 2015.[3] Founded by former Google Ad Executive Nash Islam and Oxford MBA graduate Robin Doble.[4] Customers request to have their vehicle parked, refuelled, recharged, washed or serviced, using the app or website. In February 2016, Vallie began offering a new electric vehicle charging service as it expanded its coverage area in London.[5]
In February 2017 Vallie announced it was pausing Central London operations to focus on different lines of business around London.
As of July 2017 no further announcements have been made.
Funding
Vallie has raised $750,000 in total venture funding. Vallie received its seed round funding of $0.75 million in December 2015 led by SAATCHiNVEST.[6] Vallie was a semi-finalist in the Virgin Media Business VOOM 2016 competition.[7][8]
