Vadym Vyacheslavovych Plotnikov (Ukrainian: Вадим Вячеславович Плотников; born 12 April 1968 in Kirovsk, Ukrainian SSR) is a former Ukrainian footballer. He worked as a head coach of FC Stal Alchevsk in the Ukrainian First League.
