Václav Janoušek is a Czechoslovak retired slalom canoeist who competed in the 1960s and the 1970s. He won five medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (Mixed C-2: 1965), three silvers (C-2: 1967, C-2 team: 1965, 1967) and a bronze (C-2 team: 1971).
