Utpal Borpujari
Utpal Borpujari is a National Film Award winning film critic and documentary filmmaker. He holds an M.Tech degree in Applied Geology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Roorkee). His films have been invited to a variety of international film festivals.[1][2][3]
