Usman Khan Tarrakai (Urdu: عثمان خان ترکئی; born 1 September 1947) is a Pakistani politician who is currently a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Awami Jamhuri Ittehad Pakistan.

Early life

He was born on 1 September 1947 in Swabi.[1]

Political career

He worked as a technical advisor for Al Jazeera in Qatar before entering politics.[2]

Tarrakai was elected as a member of National Assembly from NA-12 (Swabi) on the ticket of Swabi Jamhoori Ittehad in Pakistani general election, 2008.[3][4]

Tarrakai was re-elected as a member of National Assembly on a ticket of Awami Jamhuri Ittehad Pakistan from NA-12 (Swabi) in Pakistani general election, 2013.[5][6]
