Upendra Tiwari is an Indian politician and Minister of State (Independent Charge),Bharatiya Janata Party. Tiwari is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Phephana Vidhan Sabha constituency in Ballia district.[1][2][3] He defeated big leader of UP Mr Ambika chaudhari BSP(ex sp leader).Mr tiwari was a student of Allahabad University.
Political career
He got the ministries of Water conservation, Land development and water resources, Sodic land deveploment, Forest and Environment, zoological gardens, Horticulture, Cooperatives.[4]
