Blahovishchenske Raion (Ukrainian: Благовіщенський район), formerly Ulianovka Raion (Ukrainian: Ульяновський район) is a raion (district) of Kirovohrad Oblast in central Ukraine. The administrative center of the raion is the town of Blahovishchenske. Population: 23,404 (2013 est.)[1].
