UK Film Festival
The UK Film Festival founded in 2011, is an annual film festival in London. Previous festival screenings include Oscar nominated Buzkashi Boys, Brocken Circle Breakdown and Selfish Giants. In addition to the festival, the organisers run a script competition with a prize that they make the winning script into a film. 2012 year's winner - "Mike" was co-produced by the UK Film Festival, and won the Crystal Bear for best short film in the Berlin Film Festival (Berlinale 2014),[1] the first British film to win this award. "Mike" was signed up for worldwide distribution.
