It is reached by North Dakota Highway 42 on the American side and Saskatchewan Highway 350 on the Canadian side. The United States continues to use the border station it built in 1937, which was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2014. The tiny Canada border station was built in 1957.
