Tyrone Holmes (born September 10, 1993) is an American football defensive end for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played college football at Montana.

Holmes was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.[1] On September 3, 2016, he was released by the Jaguars.[2]

Holmes was claimed off waivers by the Cleveland Browns on September 4, 2016.[3]
