Parliamentary elections will be held in Turkey on or before 3 November 2019.

Electoral system

The 600 members of the Grand National Assembly will be elected from 85 multi-member constituencies, based on the country's provinces. The elections will be held using proportional representation with an electoral threshold of 10%. Seats will be allocated using the d'Hondt method. In order to win seats, parties must be officially organised in 40 or more provinces and in at least a third of districts in those provinces, and must nominate two candidates in 40 or more provinces.[1]
