Tullynessle
Tullynessle is a hamlet in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is connected to Forbes 3 miles from Alford.[1]
It formerly had Tullynessle Tower, which is now gone. It was the summer residence of Patrick Forbes of Carse, the Bishop of Aberdeen from 1564 to 1635.[2] It also has Terpersie Castle, which is privately owned.[3] It has a primary school, Tullynessle Primary School.[4] Its pupils attend Alford Academy for their secondary education.
