Trujillina is a genus of spiders in the Ctenidae family. It was first described in 1948 by Bryant.[1]

- Trujillina hursti (Bryant, 1948) - Hispaniola
- Trujillina isolata (Bryant, 1942) - Puerto Rico
- Trujillina spinipes Bryant, 1948- Hispaniola
