Tracy Britt Cool (born c. 1984 in Manhattan, Kansas)[1] is an American business executive at Berkshire Hathaway.
She has been board chair of Berkshire's Larson-Juhl, Johns Manville, Oriental Trading Company and Benjamin Moore subsidiaries, and in October 2014, was named CEO of Pampered Chef.[2][3] She has also been on the board of H. J. Heinz.[4]
Cool was born and raised on fruit and vegetable farm in Manhattan, Kansas.[5] She graduated from Harvard Business School in 2009.[2] She was a member of the Zeta Xi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta.[6] While an undergraduate at Harvard, in 2006, she co-founded Smart Woman Securities with Teresa Hsiao, which educates its members on investment.[7][1]
