Topological morphology descriptor

Topological morphology descriptor (known as TMD) refers to a technique developed for the characterization of neuronal morphologies. This technique was developed in the Blue Brain Project by Lida Kanari, Paweł Dłotko, Martina Scolamiero, Ran Levi, Julian Shillcock, Kathryn Hess and Henry Markram.[1]
