Tony Whitehead (born 22 December 1995) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a Defender/Midfielder for Limerick F.C.

Club career

The young centre-half was handed his full senior debut when starting against Shelbourne F.C.. He put in an eye-catching performance which saw him claim the Man of the Match award in a 1-0 victory.

Tony scored his first professional goal on the 7th of April, 2017 in a 2-0 win away against St. Patrick's Athletic .

Early and personal life

Tony played for Draft:Charleville A.F.C. at all age groups from U8 to the Senior First team, until signing for Limerick F.C. in July 2011.
