Toby Barker (born December 31, 1981) is an American politician and the current Mayor of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 102nd District, being first elected in 2007. He is a member of the Republican Party.[2] In 2017, Barker ran as an independent and defeated four-term incumbent Johnny DuPree to become Hattiesburg's next mayor.[3]
