Titan is the name of a character from DC Comics.
Publication history
Titan first appeared in New Gods #16 and was created by Gerry Conway and Don Newton.
Fictional character biography
Titan is a towering green giant that is one of the New Gods of Apokolips and member of Darkseid's Elite. He was dispatched by Darkseid to head to Earth and abduct Brigadier General Maxwell T. Torch who is in possession of a fragment of the Anti-Life Equation. This led to Titan engaging Orion in battle where he was there to protect Maxwell Torch from Titan. Orion was able to fend off Titan.[1]
In order to obtain the remaining Anti-Life Equation fragments from its holders, Darkseid and Desaad sent Titan, Brola, and Bane of Apokolips to get the Anti-Life Equation fragments.[2]
Powers and abilities
Titan possesses superhuman strength.
Titan also wields a glowing green mace.
