Timothy F. Degnan

Timothy F. "Tim" Degnan (born February 23, 1940) is an American politician.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Degnan went to St. Ignatius High School. He then went to University of Illinois and Illinois Institute of Technology. Degnan served in the Illinois Senate from 1980 to 1989 and was a Democrat. In 1989, he served as intergovernmental affairs director for the mayor of Chicago, Richard M. Daley.[1][2]
