Timocratica spinignatha is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Peru.[1]
The wingspan is 19–23 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden ochreous above the cell and on the veins, tinged with fuscous along the apex and termen. The hindwings are golden ochreous below and above the cell and on the veins.[2]
