Tilakuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان تيلكوه) is a rural district (dehestan) in Ziviyeh District, Saqqez County, Kurdistan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 5,318, in 1,057 families.[2] The rural district has 23 villages.
